Reflecting the importance of work and the growing number of Bridge clients who want to achieve employment, The Bridge offers a full continuum of vocational services, including job training, work experience for pay, competitive job placement and post-placement support services. An important part of the vocational continuum are our Career Clubs, groups that provide an opportunity for those interested in work to benefit from the experience of those already working.
The Bridge Vocational Services places qualified workers with employers. Job candidates who come through our Vocational Services are extremely loyal and are always pre-screened to make sure they will be a good fit for the organization looking to hire and its unique work environment. One interview is all it takes to see their merits! Download our

Ticket To Work Program:
The Social Security Administration has now officially deemed The Bridge an Employment Network for the Ticket to Work Program. The Ticket to Work Program (TTW) is an employment program for people with mental illness and disabilities who are interested in going to work. Under the Ticket Program, the Social Security Administration provides disability beneficiaries with a “Ticket” they can use to obtain the services and jobs they need from organizations called Employment Networks (EN), of which The Bridge is now one. The Bridge is very pleased to participate in this important Federal initiative.
