Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services
The Bridge’s Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services provides comprehensive and holistic, person centered treatment to individuals with behavioral health issues. Our treatment is trauma informed and recognizes the many environmental and societal challenges that impact a person’s well-being. Clinicians provide individual, family and group treatment both on site and via tele-health. Prescription and medication-management services are offered in conjunction with therapy.
Hours
Appointments are available:
Monday - Tuesday: 8 am - 6 pm
Wednesday - Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm
Friday: 8 am - 5:30 pm
Eligibility and Intake
The Bridge accepts Medicaid, dually-eligible individuals (Medicaid and Medicare), and all Managed Medicaid Plans.
