Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS)
The Bridge's PROS program provides integrated rehabilitation services to help adults living with a serious mental illness achieve their personal goals.
With the support of dedicated 1:1 professional staff and access to a variety of interesting and engaging groups, participants learn both basic living skills and applicable coping strategies for their mental health barriers while engaging with their peers inside program as well as in the community.

Coping with Anxiety
Writing to Wellness
The Goal Setters Club
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Anxiety
Mindfulness
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Remediation
Breakfast and lunch offered
Metrocards for transportation to and from the program (for those with Medicaid)
Psychiatric treatment and primary care are offered on-site.
Eligibility and Intake
18 years of age or older
A diagnosis of a serious mental illness
An interest in working on personal goals related to employment, health, personal relationships, education, or housing
An interest in attending groups
