Outpatient Programs
The Bridge’s mental health and substance use outpatient programs offer individual and group rehabilitation, recovery, and treatment services, all located in one comprehensive clinical hub located on West 108th Street in Manhattan.
ACT Teams
ACT Teams are composed of clinicians from a variety of disciplines who work together to provide community-based care to individuals who have a serious mental illness and whose needs have not been met by the traditional clinic-based health care system. The Bridge’s ACT teams are based in the Bronx and in Manhattan.
SOS Aging Team
The Older Adult and or Medically Fragile (OAMF) SOS team supports eligible older adults and individuals with chronic medical needs who are already connected to an SOS team. This is an interdisciplinary, community-based team.
Aging Services
The Bridge’s innovative Aging Services program is a multidisciplinary team of geriatric behavioral health experts. The goal of the program is to support older adults living in Bridge housing to age in place with improved quality of life.
Clinical Risk Management
The Clinical Risk Management Team works with residents at higher risk for suicide, violence, medical crisis, and/or overdose living in The Bridge's supportive housing.
Executive Office/Administration
Internship opportunities are available in The Bridge’s executive office, located on Lenox Avenue in Harlem, in areas including Finance, Human Resources, Billing, Compliance and Quality Improvement, Fundraising, Housing Development, and Property Management.
Bridge Arts Institute
The Bridge Arts Institute is a non-clinical program offered to residents of Bridge Housing or receiving clinical services through the organization. The program aims to empower individuals pursuing creative passions, particularly those facing financial or social barriers. We provide materials, cultivate a supportive community, and offer a safe space for artistic expression and personal growth.
The Bridge provides a supportive environment and a multi-faceted learning experience for all interns. As part of the internship experience, students receive training related to their internship position, regular individual or group supervision, and opportunities to attend enrichment events where they can socialize with their peers and meet staff from across the agency.
Those who successfully complete an internship at The Bridge may be considered for open positions throughout the agency once their schooling is complete.
The internship application is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Submit your application here.
