For individuals whose needs have not been met by office-based behavioral health programs, The Bridge provides recovery-focused services in the community.

Recognizing that office settings can be a barrier to care for clients with complex behavioral healthcare needs, Bridge clinicians offer community-based services in a client’s home or at a public location where the client feels comfortable.

Community support services are provided by multidisciplinary teams, meaning that clients can receive a variety of services from the same group of clinicians. Consolidating service delivery minimizes the number of necessary appointments and helps clients build trusting relationships with their care team. Each team includes at least one peer, a clinician with lived experience who can bring a unique perspective to a client's treatment.

In line with The Bridge's trauma-informed approach, community support services are person-centered and focus on creating a safe and supportive environment in which participants are empowered to manage their health and work toward their individual goals.
